Borrar tu cuenta de Tregua

En un minuto y sin dejar rastro: tus noches, tu impronta y tu cuenta desaparecen.

Desde la app (recomendado)

Perfil Eliminar cuenta

  1. Abre Tregua y entra en tu perfil (el icono de arriba a la derecha).
  2. Pulsa Eliminar cuenta.
  3. Confirma. Si entraste con contraseña, te la pedirá otra vez; con Google, puede pedirte volver a entrar.
  4. Listo: el borrado es inmediato y permanente.

Si usas la app sin cuenta, tus noches solo están en tu móvil: se borran al desinstalar la app o al borrar sus datos en los ajustes de Android.

Qué se borra y qué no

Se elimina

  • Tu cuenta (email o Google)
  • Tu perfil y preferencias
  • Tus noches y frases
  • Tu impronta y el historial de charlas
  • Subrayados y marcadores

Puede conservarse

  • Registros agregados y anónimos de analítica
  • Recibos de compra (Google Play, RevenueCat) el tiempo que exija la ley
  • Copias técnicas, hasta 30 días más

Sin acceso a la app

Si desinstalaste la app o no puedes iniciar sesión, escríbenos desde el email asociado a tu cuenta (o indicando el email o la cuenta de Google que usaste).

Lo procesamos en un máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmamos por correo.

From the app (recommended)

Profile Delete account

  1. Open Tregua and go to your profile (the icon at the top right).
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. If you signed in with a password it will ask again; with Google, you may be asked to sign in again.
  4. Done: deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you use the app without an account, your nights live only on your phone: they are erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.

What is and isn’t erased

Erased

  • Your account (email or Google)
  • Your profile and preferences
  • Your nights and lines
  • Your imprint and chat history
  • Highlights and bookmarks

May be kept

  • Aggregated, anonymous analytics
  • Purchase receipts (Google Play, RevenueCat) as long as law requires
  • Technical backups, up to 30 more days

Without access to the app

If you uninstalled the app or can’t sign in, write to us from the email linked to your account (or tell us the email or Google account you used).

We process it within 30 days and confirm by email.
