Tregua (“la app”, paquete com.rober.pax; antes llamada Pax) es un ritual nocturno con un mentor de inteligencia artificial, “tu norte”.
Datos que recogemos

| Tu impronta (memoria del norte) | Tras cada charla, tu norte guarda en tu cuenta un resumen de lo que has contado (personas, planes, preocupaciones, cómo prefieres que te hablen) para retomarlo otro día. Lo ves en Perfil → Impronta: puedes corregirlo, pedirle que olvide algo, pausarlo o borrarlo entero. Evita guardar datos especialmente sensibles (salud, religión, sexualidad, etc.) y no lo usa para anuncios ni para otro fin. |

Para qué los usamos
Para darte la charla de cada noche y que tu norte te recuerde, mantener tus noches y tu árbol, gestionar Tregua Plus y mejorar la app detectando errores.

- Procesar los mensajes que envías a tu norte.
No vendemos tus datos personales a terceros.
Conservación y borrado
Conservamos tus datos mientras tu cuenta siga activa. Si la eliminas, tu perfil, preferencias, noches, impronta y subrayados se borran de forma inmediata y permanente. Las copias de seguridad técnicas pueden persistir hasta 30 días más. Podemos conservar registros agregados y anonimizados de analítica o facturación durante el tiempo que exija la normativa.
Para eliminar tu cuenta: Perfil → Eliminar cuenta, o la página de borrado de cuenta.
Tus derechos y menores
Si resides en el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido u otra jurisdicción con leyes similares, tienes derecho a acceder, rectificar, exportar o eliminar tus datos personales. Escríbenos a info@enunplisplas.com.
Tregua no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos conscientemente datos de menores de esa edad. Podemos actualizar esta política y publicaremos los cambios aquí, con la fecha.

Tregua (“the app”, package com.rober.pax; formerly called Pax) is a nightly ritual with an AI mentor, “your north”.
Data we collect

| Chats with your north (AI) | The messages you write are sent to DeepSeek (AI provider) to generate a reply, together with short context: how you arrive today and what your north already knows about you. They are not sold or used for advertising, and DeepSeek processes them only to reply to you. |
| Your imprint (the north’s memory) | After each chat, your north stores in your account a summary of what you shared (people, plans, worries, how you like to be spoken to) so it can pick it up another day. You can see it in Profile → Imprint: correct it, ask it to forget something, pause it or delete it entirely. It avoids storing especially sensitive data (health, religion, sexuality, etc.) and does not use it for ads or any other purpose. |

How we use them
To give you each night’s chat and let your north remember you, keep your nights and tree, manage Tregua Plus, and improve the app by detecting errors.

- Processing the messages you send to your north.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, your profile, preferences, nights, imprint and highlights are removed immediately and permanently. Technical backups may persist up to 30 more days. We may retain aggregated, anonymized analytics or billing records for as long as the law requires.
To delete your account: Profile → Delete account, or the account deletion page.
Your rights and children
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact info@enunplisplas.com.
Tregua is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy and will post changes here with the date.
